By downloading, accessing, or using the Achievo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Achievo is a goal tracking application that provides AI-powered task generation, reminders, and progress tracking tools. The app requires a subscription to access.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Achievo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or use the App's content without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACHIEVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
