Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Services

Achievo is available through auto-renewable subscription plans. These subscription plans may be offered in different durations (monthly, yearly) and provide full access to the app.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our subscription services. If we do, the specific terms of the free trial will be presented to you at the time of sign-up. After the free trial period ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

3. Billing and Renewal

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment Method: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the original subscription.

4. Subscription Management and Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the Achievo subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial)

If you cancel during your free trial period, you might immediately lose access to the app. If you cancel during a paid subscription period, you will continue to have access to the app until the end of your current billing period.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Achievo offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, provides full access to the app.
  • Annual Plan: Billed annually, provides full access to the app at a discounted rate.

Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region due to local taxes and currency exchange rates. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice to users.

6. App Features

Your subscription provides full access to all app features including:

  • AI task generation
  • Goal tracking
  • Analytics and insights
  • Customer support
  • Customization options

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may modify these subscription terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the subscription services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. No Refund Policy

All purchases of subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.
